We are currently working with a market leading, rapidly growing organisation who are looking for a Parts and Spares Administrator to join their offices in Harlow, Essex. This is a varied role that will suit someone who is keen to get involved in lots of different areas of a business.
In this role you will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will also be entitled to the following benefits:
- 25 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays

Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for the department and responsible for responding to all incoming enquiries
- Responding to all email enquiries
- Organisation of all paperwork and documents involving purchasing of parts and spares
- Build a sound knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Archiving files
- Ensuring database is maintained and regularly updated
- Order stationery and site supplies
- Assist with parts / spares purchasing and Purchase Order administration
- General administration and office duties for department e.g. filing, photocopying etc.
- Undertake additional duties to support other departments when required
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience desirable
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Strong computer skills
- Eager to learn
- Ability to be both a team player and able to work unaided using own initiative
- Keen to learn and take on responsibility
- Excellent attention to detail
