Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic, progressive and expanding family run business, who are a leader in their field.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries and liaise with internal staff to ensure a smooth service as well as other adhoc administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, be IT literate and have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
This position is based in Harlow and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Duties:
Handle enquiries about products
Provide quotations by phone and email
Data entry
Liaise with customers
Update and maintain files
Ad hoc duties as and when necessary
It would be highly desirable if you have previous administration experience.
