I have a HR Assistant position that has become available for my client who are based in Harlow.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to start work immediately and have a demonstrable background as an HR Assistant. You will be assertive, dynamic with the ability to use your own initiative.
Key duties for the HR Assistant;
Payroll, HR and Recruitment admin and assistance
Generalist role
Low level case work e.g. Flexible Working Requests
Onboarding and inductions
Sickness absence management support – letters, reports, data analysing
SAP maintenance for Payroll purposes
SuccessFactors HR tool – employee central module
Reporting e.g. SHE reporting, workforce data reporting
Occupational Health monitoring and support
Main point of contact for all HR queries
Assist with the management of the UK HR shared inbox
Manage recruitment campaigns through to induction of new employees
Support and assist the UK HR team
Assist with and support projects and work streams within the HR department
There could be travel to other office locations required so it would be desirable for you to have access to your own transport.
