I have a HR Advisor position that has become available for my client who are based in Harlow.
My client are a successful, global company who can offer you a competitive salary and professional working environment.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to start work immediately and have a demonstrable background as an HR Advisor. You will be assertive, dynamic with the ability to use your own initiative and have a “hands on approach”.
There could be travel to other office locations required so it would be desirable for you to have access to your own transport.
Key duties;
- Generalist role
- Support, deliver and lead on annual work streams such as Appraisals, Bonuses etc.
- Coach, train and persuade users to engage and participate in the annual work streams efficiently
- Obtain and provide clarity on key processes to all stakeholders
- Support the UK HR Team to compile policies and supporting documentation
- Manage employee relation issues from start to end with managers and employees
- Provide up to date employment legislation and practice information/advice
- Deliver HR inductions (cover)
- Sickness absence management – formal meetings, complex absence case management
- SAP maintenance for Payroll purposes
- SuccessFactors HR tool – employee central module
- Coordinating and supporting global assignments, ‘traveller’ employees within the business
- Reporting e.g. SHE reporting, workforce data reporting
- Occupational Health monitoring and support
- Main point of contact for all escalated HR queries
- Assist with the management of the UK HR shared inbox
- Support and assist the UK HR team
Assist with and support projects and work streams within the HR department
