Our client are thriving fashion business who represent a wide range of high fashion brands are currently seeking a Fashion Design Coordinator to work within a busy production environment, managing and coordinating  a variety of projects.  This role will be a great opportunity for a talented, creative and innovative designer to join a friendly family run business who are continually expanding.

The successful candidate is likely to have a fashion design background, a good knowledge of garment construction, previous experience working with textiles and clothing, a keen interest in fashion and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Duties

• Distributing and coordinating all of the workload that is processed within the sewing room
• Managing schedules for the team and ensuring that all timeframes and deadlines are met
• Sourcing creative material samples
• Taking responsibility for ensuring the team produces a high quality, inspired and innovative Sample Collection within specified timeframes
• Manage the preparation and production of seasonal production packs which will include all garment trims
• Utilise social media to maximise the promotion of products
