We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and dynamic organisation based in Croydon. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 1 years customer service experience, gained within an office/ call centre environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a next step in their customer service career. You will be fully trained but my client will be looking for someone with a drive and willingness to succeed. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for your own work, ensuring all queries are actioned within customer deadline or 72 hours (whichever is sooner)
• Maximise renewal retention on allocated renewals. Take responsibility for replacing business where necessary to retain the client or refer to your Manager where required
• Ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a way that treats the customer fairly at all times and refer to your Manager where required
• Manage own workload and assess customer’s needs and then provide suitable advice whilst treating all customers fairly at all times
• Ensure all administration and paperwork is undertaken in accordance with the company’s procedures
• Ensure that at all times you conduct yourself in accordance with the Rules, Codes of Conduct and Guidelines as issued by the company and FCA
