We are currently working with a market leading, rapidly growing organisation who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their offices in Harlow, Essex.

In this role you will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will also be entitled to the following benefits:

Responsibilities include:
- Calculate weekly and monthly payrolls for all employees, including pension contributions and end of year returns.
- End to end preparation & processing of the monthly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid on time, payments are accurate and all regulations adhered to.
- Provide pensions administration including monthly contribution submissions.
- Upload all payment details for new starters.
- Record and analyse staff holidays and sickness.
- Review all timesheets submitted and ensure all holiday/sickness is taken into account.
- Maintain the employee database, and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc payroll requirements.
- All entity administration and maintenance of pension enrolments
- Manage the tracking of company vehicles and mileage, ensuring all information is correct.
- Database maintenance - maintain vehicle database, tidy up where necessary.
- General administrative duties surrounding the Payroll function for a growing company.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of payroll desirable
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to be both a team player and able to work unaided using own initiative
- Adaptable, proactive and flexible approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
