We are currently recruiting for a fantastic new client who are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their rapidly growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are experiencing rapid expansion.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the face of the business and provide an unfaltering support to clients and any queries that may arise. You will be confident, outgoing and hardworking.
You will be required to work Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5.00pm. Due to location, it is preferred that you drive although not essential.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator
- Act as first point of contact for incoming customer phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Make amendments to bookings and contracts when required
- Liaise with providers to ensure all information we have is up to date
- Monitor email inbox and respond within agreed timescales
- Manage LiveChat function and assist with online customer questions
- Process confirmations and send to customers, online and postal
- Assist other departments with duties as and when required
- Adhoc administrative duties as and when required
