We have an urgent requirement for a HR Administrator to join a very well-established client in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
In this role, you will be required for a minimum of 4 weeks and will need to be available Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm.
Responsibilities of the HR Administrator
- Monitor the general HR email inbox and respond to all relevant emails.
- Code departmental invoices.
- Issue 3-18 month review forms and follow-up on any that are missing.
- Open and deal with all department daily post.
- Ordering of stationary via provider websites.
- Upload new and revised policies on the company intranet.
- General filing and administration on behalf of the team.
- Manage the monthly organisation chart process.
- Update HR records with memo changes and update the HR databases accordingly.
- Schedule, organise and coordinate all HR arranged training activity.
- Record all HR and non-HR arranged training which takes place throughout the Company.
- Complete the leaver checklist upon receipt of formal notification.
- Arrange and conduct Exit Interviews.
- Undertake annual immigration checks and handle correspondence with Corporate Office.
- Assist with internal memos, update the HR databases and follow the process checklists.
- Respond to staff and managers for various information requests.
- Assist in preparation of letters, presentations and reports.
- Provide the Head of HR with a monthly staff turnover report.
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly HR reports.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.

- Excellent telephone manner.

Salary will be dependent on candidates' experience.
