We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation in Hatfield as a Recruitment Administrator.
My client is looking for a committed, outgoing and driven individual to join their busy department with previous Recruitment/HR experience advantageous. They can offer you a competitive salary dependent on experience and you will be eligible for company bonus scheme.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm and be eligible for the following benefits:

Main Purpose of the Role:To support the Recruitment & HR Systems Co-ordinator in providing a first class recruitment service to all employees and external parties. This role will involve extensive administration as part of its duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for the department and receive all incoming telephone calls, screen and respond to enquiries.
- Provide cover for the HR Administrator in their absence.
- Create recruitment packs and distribute.
- Prepare and issue email and postal offers.
- Undertake any other recruitment activity as requested.
- Prepare employee induction packs.
- Record and process any completed and returned induction forms such as; car forms, benefit selections, induction booklet and pension forms).
- Update all spreadsheets, HR systems and portals with new starter information.
- Issue reference requests.
- Book and conduct HR face-to-face or telephone induction meetings.
- Respond to all external reference requests.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Computer literate and competent user of Microsoft Packages
- Personality attributes: confident, polite, professional and committed.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
