I have a new opportunity available for an experienced Administrator with my client who are based in Dunmow.
The successful candidate will have proven office experience in a similar role and have the ability to provide administrative support to management and team members.
You will also have an excellent telephone manner along with good communication, organisation and multitasking skills.

- Accurately record all account queries and complaints on the internal systems
- Ensure all customers are responded to within the set timescales
- Fully investigating customer account queries and prepare the relevant information and supporting documentation
- Responsible for negotiating and resolving some account queries
- Adhere to and support the company’s credit control policy when responding to customers.
- Ensure all written communication is accurate, appropriate and of a high standard
- Prepare management information
- Being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist in strengthening customer relations
- General administrative support, filing and ad hoc duties
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for other administrators
