I have a temporary administrative role available for my client who are based in Harlow.
We are looking for a confident and capable individual who is used to working in a varied and challenging role, ideally with experience of working with colleagues who are field based.
You will need to be very organised and efficient with the ability to multi task and prioritise. An excellent telephone manner is essential, along with good communication skills. Experience within logistics would be an advantage.
This will be a long term temporary role and for the right candidate, may go permanent in the future.

Duties include:
Providing support to the external team
Data Input/Scanning
Develop excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues
General administrative duties as required
Handling telephone calls and requests/enquiries received by email
Managing logistical arrangements; planning and organising visits, accommodation and travel bookings, producing appointment letters and keeping departmental records up to date.
Dealing with logistical challenges that may arise.
