We are working with a globally recognised organisation who are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their offices in Reigate. Due to location, it is advised that any applicant has a valid UK driving license and access to their own transport.
Joining this well-established company, you will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and in a timely manner. You will also act as the first point of contact for the office and provide professional after sales support via telephone and email.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. My client can offer you a very competitive salary which will be dependent on level of experience. You will be entitled to the following benefits:

You will also be eligible for the company KPI scheme which can see you earn up to an additional £3,000 per annum (paid quarterly).
Responsibilities of Sales Administrator
- Act as first point of contact for all incoming calls – handling them in a polite, effective and efficient manner.
- Process orders and once dispatched, track them using SAP to update the customer.
- Handle all stock and delivery issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Process returns regarding faulty, missing and unwanted stock.
- Investigate invoice queries, credit and debits on behalf of customers.
- Keep customers updated with changes to their purchase orders.
- Liaise and support Account Managers and External Sales Reps ensuring sales targets are met.
- General administrative duties on behalf of the department.
- Check stock availability and prices on behalf of customers.
Previous Experience and Competencies of Sales Administrator
- Experience in SAP/CRM is desirable.
- Customer Services experience is essential.
- Good telephone manner and excellent communicator.
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines/ KPIs set.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Friendly yet professional with customers and colleagues.
- Happy to help and positive attitude.
- Keen to develop skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel).
