I have an exciting opportunity available for my client who are based near Bishop’s Stortford.

We are looking for an Administrator to cover maternity leave for approximately 10 months and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
The working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The varied duties would include;
Parcel deliveries arriving at office
Meeting room arrivals/making drinks
General office answering phones
Contract compilation from cost sheets
Contract filing/archiving
Project quotes
First service visit report – finishing touches
General letters and correspondence
Gas paperwork filing (assistance as and when required)
Contract cover letters
Agreement introduction letters
Compile site logbooks
Maintenance variation orders (changes to contracts)
Any other duties as required within the Operations Team.
Stationery/kitchen supply orders
