I have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for my client who are on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford.

The successful candidate will be available immediately as this is a temporary role for approximately four to six months. You will also need to have access to your own transport, due to the nature of the location.

You will need to have a demonstrable background in recruitment, ideally higher volumes and have the ability to work independently and use your own initiative. Working at a fast pace is also essential and to be proactive.

The working hours could be flexible as they will consider candidates looking for part time and full time employment.

As a Recruitment Officer your duties will include;

• Advertising new vacancies
• Working with local organisations for recruitment initiatives
• General administration
• Screening CV’s and shortlisting candidates
• Updating hiring managers on progress made
• Managing diaries and arranging interviews
• General customer service

Recruitment Officer - Skills & Experience Required

• Previous recruitment experience
• Experience of working in a recruitment role
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Strong PC skills including databases and all Microsoft packages
• Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
• Experience of working within a HR department desirable but not essential
• Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels
• Customer focused
