We are currently looking for a confident and customer focused Customer Service Advisor for our client who are based in Harlow, Essex.

This will be a temp to perm role so you must be available to start work immediately.

The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and liaise with existing and new businesses, converting enquiries into orders for the company. A good telephone manner is essential along with the ability to manage your work load effectively.

You will need to have good listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Key responsibilities;

Customer Care/Service

• Be the first line of contact for customers

• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

• Coordinating logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction

Business Development

• Quality of orders taken and achievement of good contract rates

• Increase customer base

Administration

• Carry out audits as directed

• Administration/reporting

• Assist in stocktakes as required

I.T Skills:

• Would need keyboard skills and some basic system knowledge in order to run the various branch reports

• Telephone skills are also key

• Basic word, Basic Excel and Outlook Skills
