We are seeking a professional and experienced Payroll Manager to work with our client who are an industry leader in the delivery of ethical services.
As our Payroll Manager you’ll be responsible for processing the monthly and weekly payrolls for the group and managing the pension provision with our external pension provider.
This role is based from our office Central Slough, with free parking, great facilities and an excellent benefit package
Duties
Preparing and inputting payrolls
Facilitating salary sacrifice schemes, CCV, CTW and pensions
Managing BAC’S transfers for weekly and monthly salary payments
Coordinating the monthly HMRC and attachment of earnings payments to third parties
Making sure we’re compliant with NMW and NLW
Making sure we’re compliant with pension auto enrolment
Carrying out year-end processes
Helping finance with costing queries
Supporting the development of your payroll team
Driving process improvement and monitoring the service provision
Experience required
Previous experience in a payroll position ideally at supervisor or manager level
Ability to multi-task shifting priorities
Experience of ADP and Cascade would be helpful, but not essential
