We are pleased to be representing a new client of ours who are seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Receptionist for their offices based in Hertford.
The company are a well-known brand and have customers worldwide. They pride themselves on their innovative products and their service to consumers.
This role will be for a minimum of 3 months and the hours will be either 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5pm.
This role will be a combination of Administration / Customer Services and Reception so you will need to have a flexible, adaptable and ‘can do’ attitude.
The successful candidate will be customer centric and have great oral and written communication skills.
Duties:
Responding to customer queries and claims via email / phone and checking their account details
Updating customer records
Reception – meeting and greeting visitors
Administration – ad hoc duties as required
