We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a well-established company in Loughton, Essex.
As an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual, you will work alongside a passionate Marketing team to deliver the very best results. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Working between the hours of 9:00am – 5:15pm Monday to Friday, you will be a driven individual who is committed to delivering against tight deadlines, able to work under pressure and have a flexible can-do attitude. Salary dependent on experience and our client can offer you a fantastic working environment and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and creating the subscriptions strategy, implementing and driving acquisition and retention campaigns across all print and digital platforms
- Managing the direct marketing activity of all brand extensions, including literature and shows
- Analysing marketing data, producing reports and executing effective action plans, including response rates, CPAs, planning forecasting, lifetime value, ROI
- Event planning and providing support and events to capitalise on all marketing opportunities to drive sales
- Manage digital marketing including email campaigns, PPC and remarketing in order to drive acquisitions and retention of subscriptions and brand extensions
- Social media campaign management including driving brand awareness and promoting subscriptions
- Oversee refunds, customer complaints by managing all social media accounts for such queries
- Partnership marketing and using brand partners to reach new audiences
- Working with digital content teams to extend their content via digital channels in order to help audience and development and engagements
- Create data acquisition campaigns to generate leads to market brands to
- Source subscription and show gifts to drive subscriptions
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Subscriptions experience or direct marketing experience essential
- Experience of sourcing brand partners highly desirable
- Highly competent on Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence in ability to lead presentations
- Brilliant communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of copywriting
