We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to work for are a well established supplier of premium products and hold a Royal Warranty.
The successful candidate will be a very confident communicator with a demonstrable background in a similar sales / customer focused environment.
- Work in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers supporting them to achieve monthly sales targets for specified territory; increase sales through various marketing efforts and maintain professional business relationships between corporate/office staff, dealers and consumers.
- Assist in development and implementation of sales and marketing programs and corresponding deviations within customer group and assigned area.
- Be the first point of contact for communication with dealers within the office, specifically to address areas of account management including order entry, order fulfilment, inquiries and relationship building.
Skills/ Requirements:
- Self-starter, pro-active, diligent with attention to detail
- Organised and ability to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet or exceed requirements
- Articulate with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in sales/ customer service role
- Ability and willingness to collaborate across all business functions
- Knowledge and use of Word, Outlook, Internet applications and CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Practical use of SAP
- Good understanding of business processes
