We are working with a globally recognised organisation who are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join their offices in Milton Keynes.
Joining this well-established company, you will provide administrative support to the company logistics operations. You will also liaise with customers and distributors and provide a high level of customer service.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. My client can offer you a very competitive salary which will be dependent on level of experience. You will be entitled to the following benefits:

Responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator
- Act as one of the first points of contact for all inbound calls to the department and liaise directly with customers and distributors
- Administer the returns processes and deal with any queries relating to this promptly and accurately
- Process carrier and warehouse claims relating to delivery and faulty product issues where required
- Process stock write-offs and adjustments
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments
- Arrange high priority deliveries from factory to customer and monitor the performance and cost
- Manage email inbox and respond to customer enquiries within agreed timeframes
- Carry out general administrative duties or ad-hoc duties as per Line Manager
Previous Experience and Competencies required:
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Proven administration experience essential and logistics experience desirable
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- IT literate and experience used of Microsoft packages
- A self-motivated, reliable and resilient team-player
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines set
