We are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Clerk on behalf of our client who is a market leader in their field. Joining our well-established client who works with a host of big retailers, you will work 37.5 hours. This is a temp to perm position.
In this role, you will support a busy team to help manage the company invoicing function. You will ensure the smooth running of all invoicing procedures and management of contracts.
Main Duties of the Invoicing Clerk
- Collate and create accurate customer invoices
- Identify, analyse and resolve complex issues
- Input invoices on to client systems
- General data entry into the bespoke in-house system
- Tracking of all invoice applications and chasing queries to resolution
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers and suppliers
- Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone and in person
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries effectively and efficiently
- Management of personal administration
- Carrying out adhoc duties as per your Line Manager when required
Key Skills and Competencies
- Maintain consistent and professional attendance
- Ability to work in a methodical, organised and structured manner with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs to an intermediate level
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Clear concise verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and friendly individual
