I have a new opportunity available for my award winning client, based in Bishop’s Stortford.
Due to the location of this company, you will need to have access to your own transport.
My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to complement their growing team.
The successful candidate will have proven office experience, be confident, assertive and self-motivated. You will also need to be hardworking and have the ability to use your own initiative and manage working in a fast paced environment.

Key duties for the Administrator;
- Using our in-house ERP system for recording information to enable job costing
- Carrying out contract specific training/enrolment for employees
- Liaising with Contracts Managers to ensure accuracy of scheduling work information
- Inputting of material lists for site teams, liaising with logistics team for accuracy and timescales
- Assisting with Health and Safety documentation, specific to contractor requirements
- Call handling, making and taking telephone calls and ensuring all messages are passed onto relevant parties
- Providing cover and administration support for other members of the team in their absence
- General administration duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying etc.
