I have a great new opportunity available for my client who are based in Pall Mall, London.
This is a six month contract, covering maternity leave.
The working hours for this role are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
They can offer you a competitive salary and benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
My client is looking for a confident and experienced Secretary / Administrative Support who will report into the PA to the CEO. You will need to be comfortable working with Senior Management and have the ability to work to deadlines.
The successful candidate will have proven skills within a similar role and be able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
You will need to have excellent typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
Key duties;
- Travel bookings
- Process orders / invoices for travel bookings and other purchases
- General typing
- Formatting documents in Word and Excel as required
- Setting up meetings / organising refreshments
- Hotel / dinner reservations
- Online bookings – congestion charge, car parking
- Completing expenses forms
- Setting up conference calls / video conferences
- Completing DHL paperwork
- General Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
- Filing of various publication updates
- Tidying / sorting archives
- Shredding of confidential documents
- Provide support to the PA to the CEO / Office Manager as requested
- Check invoices for taxis, stationery, couriers and ensure that they are correct
- Assist with the maintenance of stocks in the kitchen and stationery
- Assist with the arrangement of social functions and corporate days
- Assist with holiday, sickness, etc cover of the other team members
