We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager to head up the Product Assessment and Administration Team for a professional awarding organisation based in Hertfordshire.
The overall purpose of the role will be to manage the product administration and maintenance of learning and assessment products designed by Product Specialists ensuring that all published assessment materials meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
With good knowledge of product development, quality and qualifications within the education, learning and skills sector you will provide exceptional line and people management to support and develop the team and ensure continuous improvements in working methods, systems and processes, including the adoption of technology within assessment. You will manage regular reviews of the Product Development policies and procedures updating where necessary and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
