- Description
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a well-established client of ours in Ware.
Within this role you will be responsible for providing full administrative support for the business. You will maintain company data and ensure all information that is held is correct.
Working 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday, our client can offer you a salary of £18,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact ensure all incoming inquiries via telephone and email are handled with the highest level of customer service
- Check customer registrations daily and input details accurately on to the system
- If further information is required of the customer, make contact with the customer to gain it
- Regularly check the system for duplicate customer details and remove data where required
- Collate and prepare registration packs and send them to new clients
- Manage the ‘awaiting payment’ folder and ensure it is updated once payments have been made
- Create and send invoices when required
- Process purchase orders when required
- Take and process card payments
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by Management
- Create incident reports for any product queries/errors for relevant departments to amend
- Assist with the production of external customer advertising and ensure displayed information is correct
Key Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience of administration
- Excellent customer facing and telephone skills
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Attention for detail, ability to listen and extract relevant information
- Clear concise verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills to include a minimum of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
