We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a well-established client of ours in Ware.
Within this role you will be responsible for providing full support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO as well as the HR function.
Working 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday, you will earn a salary of £9.20 per hour.

This will be an ongoing temporary role and there is every opportunity this will become permanent.Main Responsibilities:
- Process new applications and send out welcome emails to all new members
- Book meeting rooms, flights and accommodation on behalf of colleagues
- Manage distribution of advertising literature
- Manage stock of advertising literature and re-order when required
- Update and maintain contact lists on the database
- Prepare introduction packs for meetings
- Arrange meetings between potential new partners and relevant company Ambassador
- Help in the preparation of presentations for company meetings
- Send out surveys on behalf of the business and collate feedback
- Prepare agenda for meetings and log all attendees on to the system
- Assist Executive Assistant with all duties as and when required
- Provide administrative support to the HR function when required
- Provide administrative support to entirety of business when required
- Attend industry specific events in order to raise profile and represent the company
- Produce reports from in-house database as and when required
- General administrative duties such as filing, faxing and data-entry
Key Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in a PA or Administrative role
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer facing and telephone skills
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Attention for detail, ability to listen and extract relevant information
- Clear concise verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills to include a minimum of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
