I have an excellent new opportunity that has become available for my client who are based in Harlow.
As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving B2C revenue.
You will be expected to communicate with prospects and clients, through all inbound and outbound communication channels (telephone, live chat, email, and social media). You will report to the Ecommerce Manager who will provide sales targets, key performance indicators and sales tracking. At times you will represent the brand at key sales events, you will be the fountain of knowledge about our products and services and will use this to inform and convert the customer.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with an excellent understanding of sales techniques. You will have a proven sales track record and experienced in contact centres that deal with a high volume of both inbound and outbound responses across telephone, email, social media and live chat. You are motivated by achieving sales targets.
Main responsibilities
- Deal with all enquiries via telephone, live chat, social media or email
- Encourage new customers to join the telephone counselling programme
- Deliver sales revenue through inbound upselling/cross selling and outbound sales
- Deliver key performance indicators
- Make recommendations for process improvements
- Deliver exceptional customer services
- Take orders and payments from clients over the phone
- Maintain accurate records and details of all enquirers
- Represent the brand at key sales events, exhibitions and demonstrations. Provide event follow-up and lead management (B2C, B2B).
- Work with marketing managers to devise and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue.
- Use customer insights to influence customer journey, product and service enhancements.
- Process customer complaints, and refunds, delivering quick resolutions for the customer.
- Keep up to date with products, processes and system changes.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients.
- Due to the nature of the role, you will be required from time to time to work outside of office hours.

Candidate Specifications
- 4 years’ sales and customer service experience essential.
- Consistent target achievement.
- Flexible, positive, proactive ' can do' attitude is a must.
- Experienced in solution selling techniques.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Continually drive for results and highest quality standards.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise work.
