This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work within a busy and friendly sales office, providing support to clients and Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy environment, be proactive, highly organised and detail orientated, they will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working within a support capacity.
Duties
Inputting orders efficiently and accurately
Supporting with clients, via e mail and the telephone
Keeping all sales data and records accurate and up to date
Liaising with a sales team of 25 personnel and cascading information
Allocating leads to the sales personnel
Dealing with incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Welcoming visitors
Accurate entry of information
Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets
Producing correspndence
Liaison with Head Office for order tracking and delivery
Sorting and distributing post
Maintaining stationery stocks
Manging any facilities and building issues, including stocking kitchen with supplies
