We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client who is one of the leaders in their field.
Within this role, you will provide full administrative support for all aspects of the business. You will also be responsible for liaising with internal departments and act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
Our client can offer you a friendly office environment and a salary of up to £18,000 per annum dependent on experience. Please be advised that due to location, parking is limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
- Loading documents onto the in-house system and ensuring they are well-maintained
- Providing support, information and allocating work to field representatives
- Preparing reports for clients and internal/external parties
- Liaise with internal and external colleagues via telephone and email
- Coordinating responses to clients via email and letter
- Processing payments via telephone
- Scanning and filing documents
- Monitoring the diary and ensuring tasks are carried within agreed timescales
- Printing and franking documents and preparing the packs for the post
- Filing and archiving
Key Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience within administration
- Team-player
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong numeracy skills
- IT literate – proficiently with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
