This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor/Trainer to join a dynamic organisation who truly value their employees and encourages them to reach their potential. The successful candidate will form part of an established HR team and they are likely to be proactive, forward thinking, inspiring and confident using their initiative, they will have experience and knowledge of improving processes and material for all aspects of the training Lifecycle. Duties:
- Take the lead on all L&D projects
- Manage all aspects of the training lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to encourage a collaborative learning environment
- Deliver classroom based learning to groups of up to 20 delegates
- Work in a business partnering capacity to support and empower employees to meet their goals and objectives
- Support the implementation and promotion of a coaching culture amongst management
- Oversee the graduate and apprenticeship programmes and measure its effectiveness
- Support the creation of career pathways and to deliver sector specific learning solutions
- Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring messages are communicated clearly and demonstrated in the delivery of all programmes
- Continually review the learning offer, ensuring the content is up to date, relevant and meaningful to ensure maximum results for the delegate
- Deliver key People initiatives, including: Supervisory training, Coaching, Management Development Programme, Development Programmes and Induction
Experience, skills and knowledge:
- Experience working with a similar role
- Knowledge of TNA, content creation, classroom delivery, analysis and follow up.
- Experience working with a graduate and apprenticeship programmes
- Confidence using Learning Management Systems
- Ability to create and develop eLearning modules
- Highly organised, detail orientated and plans methodically
There will a small amount of travel involved in this role approximately 1-2 days per month.
