We have an excellent opportunity for a competent and reliable Administrator to join a busy HR department and provide support and first class administrative service to all employees.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail, previous administration experience and proven ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. You have need to have competent IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft packages including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Personally, you will be approachable, committed, confident, polite and outgoing. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work under pressure.
Working closely with and supporting the wider HR team you will get involved with:
New Joiner Process - prepare employee HR induction packs, record and process induction pack forms, update necessary spreadsheets and HR systems, issue reference requests and follow up if not received,
Other - respond to all external reference request, undertake annual immigration checks, internal audits, update HR databases
Benefit administration - administration of company benefits scheme
