Mosaic Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join a growing insurance brokers.

This modern company are encouraging a flexible working pattern and are looking for advisors to join them on a self-employed basis.

This role will require some travel. When you start you will need to visit their Head office for an induction and training course. Once completed, you are able to work remotely but you will occasionally have to be office based. (Hertfordshire area)

There are different packages available dependant on your experience. The commission structure is uncapped, you will have flexible working hours and the opportunity to progress.

You main responsibilities are:

• Exceptional customer service at all times
• Give honest and true advice to all customers
• Understand our clients’ needs
• Provide them with the most suitable insurance cover
• Follow up on all leads and enquiries from the websites
• Convert these leads into actual business

The ideal candidate will have some sales experience, preferably within financial services, insurance or a tele-sales environment.

You will have experience working to targets and be extremely ambitious, driven and motivated by rewards.

There is NO cold calling involved, all leads are pre-arranged call backs or clients who have contacted for more information.
