As the Receptionist, you will act the first point of contact for the office based in Epping.
This position is a job share on a part-time basis and you will be required to work 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) between the hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm It is a great opportunity to join a highly successful yet traditional company.Benefits include:

Duties of the Receptionist- Answering incoming calls to head office
- Transferring calls professionally, effectively and in a timely manner
- Processing incoming mail/preparing outgoing mail and parcels
- General reception duties including meeting and greeting guests and maintaining the visitor log
- Supporting the Chairman`s PA with any ad-hoc duties
- Providing administration support to other departments, completing project and tasks and monitoring and maintaining emails for the Resources department
- Sorting and distributing post
- Typing, scanning, photocopying, shredding
Due to being a job share you will be required to provide cover for holidays and sickness if needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background on reception and be within a 30 minute commute of Epping.
Person Specification- A professional telephone manner with clear communication skills
- Good general office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate and ability to use Microsoft packages
