We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to join a well established and fast growing organisation based in Outwood,Redhill.
Main Duties:
- Provide an administration service to a small team working at their new site in Outwood
- Completing time sheets and recording job works information
- Maintaining records of contracts
- Maintaining and updating customer information
- Assist with answering calls and general correspondence
- Carrying out general account and administration tasks
Person Specification:
- You will be required to have previous administration experience, ideally within accounts (timesheet, data input)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A determination to see jobs through to the end
Transport links to their offices are not great, so you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
They are looking for someone to start immediately and will be holding interviews on Monday 9th April 2018.
