We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a well-established client of ours on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be available for 3-months minimum.
Working 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday, you will earn a salary of £9.23 per hour.
Main Responsibility of the Administrator
To ensure smooth running of contracts and invoice processing on behalf of the department. This is a key role which focuses on accurate and timely information. You will be working in a team environment and may on occasion have time pressures.
Main Duties of the Administrator
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, implementing actions to resolve
- Act a first point of contact via telephone and email
- Resolve all queries efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
- File data and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by department
- Collate and create customer invoices
- Liaise verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers and colleagues ensuring you respond clearly and effectively
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- Working alongside Line Manager to investigate reports
- Verifying job completions and checking accuracy of PDA usage
- Checking and confirmation product prices on internal and external systems

- Attention for detail, ability to listen and extract relevant information
- Clear concise verbal and written communication skills
- Logical and analytical problem solving skill
- Excellent IT skills to include a minimum of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
