Mosaic Accountancy Recruitment are currently looking for a passionate Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a growing, welcoming successful team.

I am looking for a candidate with a proactive, professional approach who is looking to make a difference in their new position.

Applicants must have following skills:

• 1-3 years PQE with solid experience of dealing with your own case load at all stages of the transaction from start to finish
• Experience within private client, freehold, leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of legal title
• Strong knowledge of property law
• Strong focus on client care
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with shared ownership would be advantageous
• A full driving licence with own vehicle
