We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a well established and dynamic organisation based in Croydon.

Person Specification:

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build long term relationships with clients
A high level of initiative and ability to work independently
Exceptional communication: both written and spoken.
Coordinate work flow with other team members
Able to analyse and interpret data rapidly and effectively to provide customer insight
Strong organisational and planning skills
A good level of IT competency
