Mosaic Recruitment are working with an award winning local Estate Agent who require an ambitious and driven individual to join their lettings team. 

The successful candidate will have previous lettings experience and will be confident, pro-active and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

You must have a good knowledge of the lettings process and the Housing Act.

You will be working Monday – Friday and some Saturdays throughout the month.

Duties include:

• Initial registration of all applicants and landlords
• Ensure systems up to date
• Face to face, phone and email queries
• Book and attend viewing appointments
• Negotiate and close deals with landlords and tenants
• Provide applicants and landlords with regular feedback
• Maintain long lasting relationships
• Generate new business
• Give exceptional service at every opportunity

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lettings environment
• Proven track record in generating new business and negotiating lettings contracts
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment but continually deliver a premium first class service.
• Able to work under pressure whilst remaining organised and focused
