I have a great new opportunity that has become available for an experienced Business Reporting / Data Analyst, based with my well regarded client based in Harlow.
This is a contract role, initially for six months but could be extended depending on the progress of the project.
The CRM system in place is Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, knowledge of this is essential.
The successful candidate will be familiar with MI, Excel VBA, Data Warehousing and related programmes. You will strive for process improvement, ensuring that all data is tracked / reported efficiently and accurately. Knowledge of the new GDPR legislation would also be an advantage.

Key duties;
- Work with the business to enhance the design and development of its management reporting capabilities
- Proactively identify reporting requirements and suggest solutions
- Identify all data requirements across the business to support financial, analytical and statistical modelling
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of operational Business data in collaboration with IT
- Ensure all Business and IT related solutions are clearly documented and robustly tested and shared properly and efficiently
- Coordinating remedial solutions and developing solution plans with data owners as well as managing exception handling
- Performing data quality assessment of BMI data sources and data outputs
- Ensuring the delivery to the business of accurate, fit for purpose data by working with data owners to identify issues and coordinating them to ensure they are appropriately categorised and prioritised
- Working with data owners to understand effective remedial activity required to resolve issues, developing and maintaining solution plans to coordinate delivery
- Monitor the process to identify and monitor Data Quality / Exceptions identified in CRM,
- Work closely with Data Owners to coordinate data quality exceptions, corrections to source data and escalate where required
- Work closely with IT Operations to address technical data issues for instance requiring Change Requests for Source system functionality or data patches to correct data issues in CRM
- Work closely with the reporting team and data owners to design and implement additional data quality controls and to capture data quality issues impacting existing and new report delivery and to define solution plans
