A fantastic client of ours who are well-known within their industry are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Developer / Accounts Executive / Accounts Coordinator.
In this role you will be engaging with lapsed customers and clients who's buying patterns have changed.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm. Our client can offer you a starting salary of £20k - £22k dependent on your experience and an OTE of up to £25.5k.

Fabulous Christmas and Summer PartiesMain Responsibility of Accounts Developer / Accounts Executive / Accounts Coordinator:
To create and manage long-term, trusting relationships with our regional key account customers through regular outbound contact. This role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities as well as support the external Area Managers with our national key account customers. This role will predominately be outbound calling in order to build your client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact the assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone, to promote selected products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Develop as a professional Internal Account Developer by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals
- To actively pursue sales leads/quotations with current and prospective clients
- Use available systems and tools to plan, prepare and drive engagement with the customers
- Get commitment to buy, negotiate and close successful deals
- When appropriate and requested, collaborate remotely with field sales managers, to support the management of existing or potential customers
- To grow & foster good working relationships with all clients (existing and potential) within your allocated region, identifying their decision makers and needs
- Cross sell additional products, services and solutions to existing and new customers
- Help generate leads and book appointments for external Area Managers
- Proactively and effectively work with the external Area Managers on ‘shared’ accounts and provide support on other projects as required
- To liaise closely with the departmental manager(s) dealing with current projects to ensure harmonious cross departmental working and support for customer issues
- Update company CRM software on a daily basis to ensure accurate forecasting and communicate information with the sales management team, business unit managers and wider areas of the company
- Prepare and deliver KPI reports on time and attend department/management account review meetings as required
- Proactively work with the marketing department to rejuvenate lapsed customers within your geographical area
- Maintain market awareness to identify potential new key accounts
- Provide market, product and competitor information to correct channels of the business
- Propose and/or actively contribute to company projects as required
Required Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a sales environment essential
- Demonstrable experience of meeting targets
- Experience of B2B outbound calls desirable
