I have a new role available for a successful and growing company who are based in Bishop’s Stortford.
They are looking for a highly experienced, organised and efficient Administrator who has excellent IT skills (mainly Excel but also Word and PowerPoint) good accuracy / attention to detail, initiative and the ability to be assertive.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in working on projects but this is not essential. Alternatively, a background within construction would be a real advantage. You will also need to have an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills with the ability to prioritise.

Key duties of the Administrator;
General administrative duties – ensuring that all project works are recorded and completed accurately.
Dealing with company inquiries either by telephone or email.
Chasing up relevant documents / certificates.
Liaising with Project Managers on-site.
Filing / scanning.
