Mosaic Accountancy Recruitment are currently working on an Accounts Administration Assistant, part time for a fantastic client of ours based in Harlow. Our client is a market leader in their sector, dedicated to providing a first class service.
The successful candidate will be joining a small but busy, welcoming finance team.
The role has a variety of activities;
- From opening and distributing post
- Daily banking
- Action customer claims
- Assisting credit control and purchase ledger with administration duties.
The person appointed needs to have had some experience in accounts, administration or customer services. The successful applicant will require excellent communication skills, be able to work in an accurate, efficient and organised way. Have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. You will also need to be self-motivated, flexible and be able to work as part of a team. A current driving licence is essential.
Hours for this role would be 22 ½ hours per week.
Monday-Friday working 4 ½ hours per day, between the hours of 9.30am-2.30pm.
Salary for this role would be £18000-£20000 Pro rota dependent on experience.
