- Description
I am currently looking for an Internal Resourcer for a fantastic client of mine based in Hertford for a 6 month Contract. You will be joining a great team in an upbeat, fast paced environment. The Internal Resourcer will be responsible for creating a value-added talent management process, use initiative to drive candidate placement, develop and retain relationships with all candidates.
Working across a plethora of roles you will be responsible for aiding the Talent Acquisition team in the fulfilment of tactical and permanent staff. This will include creating excitement surrounding the company and roles, identifying talent in the market place, understand their personalities and aspirations while aligning them to positions to aid development and business performance.
Salary will be £18,000 pro rata - 6 month contract.
Main Duties
- Resourcing and skype/telephone interviewing of candidates
- Build effective relationships within the business and with candidates
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Meet the deadlines set by interview and fulfilment dates
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping on recruitment system
- Liaising with relevant managers to acquire interview information
- Delivery of recruitment cycle
- Match candidates by behaviours and values
