An award winning client of ours is currently looking for an Data Manager to join their fun and creative company in Loughton, Essex.

You will work Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm and receive a competitive salary. Responsibilities of the Data Manager
As the Data Manager, your primary role will be to manage the day to day operations of the Data Department. You will report on email campaigns and data capture as well as have an active role with ongoing development of the database, email marketing, data hygiene and collection. You will help implement changes in the company to ensure GDPR compliance.
- Manage the day to day operations of the Data department
- Send and report on email campaigns
- Manage the relationships with ESP
- Plan and implement development changes at suitable times
- Keep processes up to date and integrate any new data laws
- Encourage the development of staff within your department
- Manage the department budget and expenditure
- Act as the main contact for direction and recommendations on adhering to data protection regulations, e-privacy regulations and how they impact the company
- Ensure all department process documents are up to date
- Provide recommendations and knowledge to other departments around the business
