We are looking for a high calibre experienced recruiter to support the Resourcing Manager in recruiting top talent in all areas across the business all over the UK. You will be based in their newly refurbished offices in south Cambridge where you will enjoy working for a company that promotes agile working and well-being amongst their staff.
We are looking for someone who is immediately available and able to commit to a 9 month FTC.
This varied and fast paced role will involve direct sourcing the very best talent for current vacancies as well as contributing to the talent pipeline, for all UK offices across all departments ranging from specialist professional roles to support staff.
Main Responsibilites will include:
- Responsibility for direct sourcing utilising CV bank searching, Social Media resourcing and direct headhunting
- Management of the application process including effective advertising, screening, arranging of interviews, relaying feedback and making offers of employment
- Liaising with agencies on the PSL – building relationships and managing agency candidates
- Working with universities to establish key relationships for building an effective pipeline of graduates
- Partnering with key business stakeholders to provide support and best practice to their recruitment needs
- To work with the Resourcing Manager and the HR Business Partners on resourcing initiatives, training, best practise and recruitment queries
- Responsible for ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience
- Contributing to continued reduction in time to hire and further key measures whilst maintaining a high level of quality of hire
- Supporting Resourcing Manager in key recruitment business projects and the HR team strategy
Person Specification:
- Previous recruitment experience, either internal or agency
- Experience of using an ATS to manage the candidate process
- Experience of using social media to attract candidates
- Pro-active and creative sourcing
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
