We have a fantastic opportunity that has become available for a prestigious and reputable company based in Waltham Abbey.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Inhouse Recruiter who is self-motivated, results driven and has a demonstrable background within the construction industry.
The successful candidate will have the ability to drive the recruitment strategy forward and be able to attract the highest calibre candidates within their established network.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide a high quality end to end resourcing support, tailored to the various business/regional requirements
- Help the business source, recruit and retain the best talent in the market
- Recruit across the organisation from entry level to senior positions
- Support the Group Head of HR in delivering the Recruitment and Retention Strategy on a day to day basis
- Be a Super-user for the Candidate Management Portal and give advice and guidance to hiring managers
- Deliver useful and timely Management Information/Reporting;
- Manpower plans
- Staff Turnover
- Input to quarterly board reports & KPIs
- Maintain a wide network of external contacts in the Construction market
- Work closely with the agencies on our Preferred Supplier List to ensure that we maintain a pipeline of talent
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (including qualifications):
The ideal candidate is likely to be degree calibre with full CIPD qualification and/or working towards achieving this, plus full membership of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. We are looking for a self-starter used to working in a small team, but can demonstrate a proven ability to leverage a wide variety of routes to market to attract high calibre applicants.
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced recruiter (from either an agency or in-house environment) – you will be able to work under your own initiative and have a flexible approach. Strong stakeholder engagement is a necessity for this opportunity.
An excellent communicator with the ability to work accurately and concisely. You will have strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel. A working knowledge of HR recruitment systems would also be beneficial.
