Are you a self-motivated, articulate and creative individual looking for a career within Events? We are currently working with a very successful client who are looking for a Features Assistant to join their award-winning team.
Our client is a leader in their industry, managing high profile events and magazine publications.
We are looking to recruit a creative and efficient individual who has excellent computer skills and who thrives in working in a fast paced, challenging role.
You will be a driven individual who is committed to delivering against tight deadlines, able to work to under pressure and have a flexible “can-do” attitude.
You will work Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm. You will also work on-site at events when required and this may fall on a weekend or evening.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm new and innovative ideas for live features to be used at events.
- Work close with PR and Marketing teams to think of creative ways to feature.
- Manage and maintain features including the planning and implementation at various events.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Assisting in the control of a tight budget and liaison with contractors.
- Working closely with sponsors to ensure their brand message is delivered.
- Managing relationship with sponsors and attending regular meeting to ensure their needs are met.
- Extensive research and sourcing of products.
- Helping to oversee the build and installation process.
- Working on-site at events including the build-up/breakdown.
- Finding contestants at events to feature in competitions.
- Providing general administrative support to the team so organisation is key!
- Gain post show reviews from sponsors and form analysis.
