As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibility will be answering incoming customer calls and responding to general enquiries. Absolutely NO cold calling!  Initially you will undergo training with a group of other new starters and, from then on, you will be given full support throughout your career in this nurturing company.

The starting salary is £15-17k, depending on experience, and there is also a monthly performance related bonus of up to £250.00, as well as the chance to win great prizes, such as, experience days, shopping vouchers etc.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm (You are paid extra for Saturdays)
