We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation in Hatfield as an Account Manager.
My client is looking for an ambitious, dynamic and experience Account Executive to join their busy department. They can offer you a salary of £24,000 per annum and you will be eligible for the team commission scheme.
The main focus of the position is to build strong relationships with current and prospective clients, whilst increasing their average spend.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm and be eligible for the following benefits:

Responsibilities of Account Manager:
- Build and grow excellent working relationships with clients, both current and prospective.
- Have regular contact with clients via telephone, email and in person.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set.
- Actively help increase the number of trading customers.
- Increase customer spending frequency of customers.
- Actively upsell when processing orders.
- Ensuring the customer database is regularly updated and well maintained.
- Process customer orders and quotes. Actively follow-up.
- Liaise with delivery companies and ensure goods are delivered in scheduled timeframe. Resolve queries promptly.
Previous Experience and Competencies of Account Manager:
- Customer Service experience essential.
- IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
- Personal attributes – self-motivated, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful, team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
